Blogging in Class

We write

pushing our pencil across the paper

as ideas leak of out of our heads

and fall like

sparkling raindrops

on the page,

ideas that need to be heard and seen

to be loved and shared -

so we blog

to let people into our writer’s trunk

and sift gently

through our written odds and end

for  the jewels hidden there.
